摘要
笔者介绍23例脊髓髓内室管膜瘤患者显微外科术后护理,着重讨论术后呼吸管理、观察肢体和大小便功能、镇痛泵使用以及营养支持。认为对脊髓髓内室管膜瘤患者提供周密细致的护理至关重要。
The authors reported their post-microsurgical nursing of23patients with intromedullary spinal cord ependymomas,focusing on postoperative respiratory control,function of extremities,function of defecation and urination,use of anaesthesia pump and support of nutrition.They concluded delicate nursing was key for the patients with intromedullary spinal cord ependymomas.
