天灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床观察与护理

Clinical obs ervation and nursing of patients with bronchial asthma treated with medicinal vesiculation

目的研究天灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及护理。方法对32例支气管哮喘患者行天灸治疗,测定治疗前后血浆环核苷酸含量。结果天灸治疗支气管哮喘有效率为87.5%,治疗后患者血浆cAMP、cAMP/cGMP显著升高(P<0.01、P<0.05),cGMP无明显变化。结论天灸疗法治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效显著,临床护理非常重要。

Objective To observe the effect and nursing of patients with bronchial asthma treated with medicinal vesiculation.Methods32patients with bronchial asthma were treated with medicinal vesiculation.The amount of cyclic nucleotide of their blood plasma was determined before and after treatment.Res ults87.5%patients with bronchial asthma treated with medicinal vesiculation were valuable.The cAMP,cAMP/cGMP went up significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05)and the cGMP remained unchanged.Conclus ion Medicinal vesiculation is effective in treating patients with bronchial asthma.It is very important in clinical nursing.
