试用期护士轮科考核手册的设计与应用

The design and application of department-rounding examination handbook for nurse probationers

目的探讨有效的考核培训方法,全面提高试用期护士综合素质、各科技能和动手能力。方法设计《试用期护士轮科考核手册》(简称《手册》),并按《手册》对新上岗护士进行内、外、急诊、骨伤四大科轮科培训并严格考核。结果实施《手册》前后护士素质、理论、操作、文件书写等总体均分经统计学处理,t=2.21,P<0.05,说明实施《手册》有效地提高了新护士的综合素质。结论按《手册》对试用期护士进行考核评估,可有效调动新护士学习的自觉性、适应角色的主动性和全面达标的竞争性。

Objective To probe into effective examination methods and improve the comprehensive qualities,comprehensive techniques and practical abilities of the contracted nurses.Methods We designed'Department-rounding Examination Handbook for Nurse Probationers'(DEHNP),based on which the nurses to be on duty were given strict training and examinations in department of internal medicine,department of surgery,department of emergency and department of orthopedics.Res ults After the handbook was put into practice,the average scores of nurses were significantly higher in view of quality,theory,practical operation,document writing as a whole in comparison(t=2.21,P<0.05),implying that the enforcement of the handbook raised effectively the comprehensive qualities of new nurses.Conclus ion The examinations and evaluation based on the handbook,can effectively stimulate their consciousness in learning,their go-aheadism to adapt themselves to the new role and the competitiveness to reach the standards in a full scale.
