盐胁迫下木麻黄幼苗Na^+、Cl^-的累积及其抗盐能力评价 被引量:14

摘要 通过盆栽试验研究盐胁迫下木麻黄幼苗Na+、Cl-含量和分布规律.结果表明,随着土壤盐浓度的增加,木麻黄幼苗各器官中的Na+、Cl-含量显著增加;Na+、Cl-以积累在根部为主,并且植物体内Na+的累积速度大予Cl-。相关分析表明,各器官中Na+、Cl-之间,以及与枯枝量、土壤中Na+、土壤中Cl-含量之间均呈显著正相关.而与生物量呈显著负相关,说明Na+和Cl-可能都是影响植物生长发育的直接因子。参照Mass提出的植物抗盐等级与其相对应的土壤EC值,推断木麻黄为抗盐植物种类。 Based on pot experiments, the accumulation of Na+ and Cl- in Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings were studied under salt stress. The results showed that the content of Na+ and Cl- in different organs increased with the increase of salt concentration in soil, Na+ and Cl- mostly accumulated in root, and the accumulation velocity of Na+ was higher than that of Cl-. With correlation analysis, the content of Na+ and Cl- in different organs were high negatively correlated with biomass, while positively correlated with weight of litter and content of Na+ and Cl- in soil. It suggested that Na+ and Cl- are the direct factors affecting plant growth and development. According to salt tolerance categories of plant and their corresponding soil EC values from Mass, Casuarina equisetifolia is a resistant species.
