Cholecystic carcinoma-its ultrasound characters and clinical value

目的 用超声声像图特征对胆囊癌进行诊断评价。方法对经手术证实38例胆囊癌进行分析。结果 在这个系列中通过超声对胆囊癌的确诊率为79％。分析误诊原因,如胆石、息肉、慢性胆囊炎或带血块或胆泥影响了诊断。结论 胆囊癌可以通过超声诊断。但是,必须仔细分析声像图。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of cholecystic carcinoma with ultrasound and its characters. Methods Thirty ?eight cases of cholecystic carcinoma were confirmed by the operations and were analysed. Results The diagnostic rate of cholecystic carcinoma by the ultrasound was 79% in this series. The misdiagnoses cause was analysed, such as the gall stones, the polyp, the chronic cholecystitis or sandy stone with blood clot or sludge were mixed - up the diagnoses. Conclusion Cholecystic carcinoma could be diagnosed with ultrasound. But analyse the sonography must be careful.
