摘要
目的 通过对颅内囊性动脉瘤壁Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原形态学的定性研究 ,总结其分布特点并分析其在动脉瘤发生及发展过程中的作用。方法 2 3例单发颅内囊性动脉瘤患者为实验组 ,7例无心血管疾病的脑内血肿合并脑挫裂伤患者为对照组。通过常规HE染色、现代免疫组织化学染色 ,结合天狼星红染色 偏振光法 ,对两组样本进行实验处理及观察。结果 实验组样本中Ⅰ型胶原在动脉瘤壁分布广泛 ,在中膜中外层及外膜区域更为明显 ;对照组样本Ⅰ型胶原位于中膜中外层及外膜区域。实验组Ⅲ型胶原分布少于I型胶原 ,主要分布在动脉瘤壁中膜中层 ;对照组Ⅲ型胶原主要位于动脉壁中膜中外层。结论 在动脉瘤壁中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原分布与正常颅内动脉壁存在差异 。
Objective By studying the morphological features of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen in intracranial aneurysmal walls,we summarized the distribution characteristics of collagen fibers and evaluated its role on the etiology and development of intracranial aneurysms.Methods The experiment group included 23 cases of patients with single saccular aneurysm,the control group included 7 cases of patients with head trauma and without cardiovascular diseases.Routine HE stain,modern immunohistochemical stain and Sirius Red staining were used to analysis the samples of aneurysms and normal artery walls.Results Type Ⅰ collagen fiber was distributed widely,mainly in the medial and outer layer of aneurysmal wall.Less than type Ⅰ collagen fiber,type Ⅲ collagen fiber was distributed mainly in medial layer.Conclusions There existed difference between aneurysm and normal vascular wall on the collagen fiber distribution.This may indicate that there existed an injure and repair process on aneurysmal wall,which evolves from inner to outer layer and indicates that the initial injury of the burden arteries may begin at the intima.
