大鼠胚胎心脏的发育过程及基因HCY-2在大鼠胚胎心脏内的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究大鼠胚胎心脏的发育过程和同型半胱氨酸诱导基因 (HCY 2 )在大鼠胚胎心脏上的表达 ,为进一步探讨该基因与心血管疾病之间的关系奠定形态学基础。方法 分别于大鼠妊娠 11~ 19d取胚胎 ,用组织学和免疫组织化学方法 ,观察大鼠胚胎心脏的发育过程和Hcy 2基因的表达并进行图像分析。结果 大鼠胚胎心脏 11d出现第一房间隔 ,13d出现第二房间隔 ,14d心房不完全分隔完成 ;12d出现室间隔肌部 ,16d心室已分隔完成。Hcy 2在大鼠胚胎心脏不同发育时期表达不同 ,11、12d表达强 ,13d表达减弱 ,14、15、16d表达又逐渐增强 ,17、18、19d表达强。结论 大鼠胚胎心脏内部分隔晚于小鼠 ;基因Hcy Objective To investigate the development of rat heart and the expression of homocysteine induced gene (HCY 2) in rat embryonic heart for the further studying the realationship between HCY 2 and cardiovascular diseases.Methods Histology,immunohistochemistry and the technique of pictures assay were used to analysis the heart development and the HCY 2 expression in rat embryonic hearts from day11 to day19.Results The septum primum and septum secundum were observed on day11 and 13,respectively. The partition of the atrium completed on day14. The muscular part of interventricular septum appeared on day12,and the partition of the ventricle finished on day16.The expression of HCY 2 varied in different periods of rat heart development: the positive staining was strong on day11 and 12,then declined significantly on day 13.However,the positive signals came back on day 14,15,16 and became strong again on day 17,18,19.Conclusions The partition of embryonic heart started later in rat than in mouse. The expression of HCY 2 has close relation to the development of rat embryonic heart .
