小儿胃畸胎瘤的诊治体会

Experience of Diagnosis and treatment for Gastric Teratoma in Young Children

目的探讨小儿胃畸胎瘤的诊断、治疗与预后。方法对我院1986年～2002年间9例小儿胃畸胎瘤进行回顾性分析。结果8例胃良性畸胎瘤术后无复发,获治愈,1例恶性畸胎瘤术后化疗1个疗程后失访。结论小儿胃畸胎瘤大多为良性畸胎瘤,经手术切除后,多无复发且预后良好。

Objective To explore the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric teratoma in young children.Methods Clinical data of nine children with gastric teratoma were retrospectively analyzed in hospitalization from1986to2002period.Results8cases of benign grastric teratoma treated by operation were cured without rescurrence.One case of malignant teratoma treated by operation was missing after one week of chemotherapy.Conclusions The gastric teratoma is benign mostly in young children,most of them are not relapse and have good prognosis after operation.
