局部封闭加化斑膏治疗外阴白色病变164例

Treatment of White Lesions of Vulva by local Blocking and Huaban Gao: A Report of 164 Cases

目的:观察局部封闭加化斑膏外涂治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法:对164例患者在双侧坐骨结节处予胎盘组织液、维生素B12局部注射,并根据病理分型予化斑膏1号、化斑膏2号、化斑膏3号外用治疗。结果:痊愈144例,好转20例,总有效率100％,随访痊愈病人未见复发。结论:局部封闭加化斑膏外涂治疗外阴白色病变,疗效满意,操作简便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of local blocking and Huaban Gao(HG)for white lesions of vulva(WLV). Methods: For 164 cases of WLV, placental tissue fluid and vitamin B12 were injected to bilateral ischial tuberosity. And according to pathological types, No. 1, 2 or 3 HG was given for external use individually. Results: 144 cases were cured, 20 cases improved, the total effective rate being 100% , Follow - up of the cured cases showed no recurrence. Conclusion: A satisfactory curative effect was obtained by local blocking and HG for WLV. The method is simple and convenient and is worthy for popularization.
