摘要
目的 探讨HB EGF在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的作用机制。方法 用免疫组化的方法检测正常组织 ,癌旁组织和鳞状细胞癌皮损中HB EGF蛋白表达。结果 在正常皮肤组织中 ,HB EGF表达于基底层 (10 0 .0 % ) ,基底上层仅有少量表达 (12 .5 % ) ;在癌旁组织中 ,HB EGF不仅位于基底层 (10 0 .0 % ) ,且在基底上层中也有表达 (91.7% ) ;在鳞状细胞癌皮损中 ,几乎无HB EGF的表达 (8.3% )。结论 HB EGF在鳞状细胞癌发病的早期阶段起关键作用 ,基底层中的HB
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of heparin binding-EGF like growth factor (HB-EGF) in skin squamous cell carcinoma. Methods HB-EGF in normal tissues, tissues adjacent to cancer and skin squamous cell carcinoma lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In normal skin tissues, the stain of HB-EGF was located in the basal layer of epidermis (100.0%) and there was only a little expression in superabasal layers (12.5%). There was expression not only in basal layer (100.0%) but also in superabasal layers (91.7%) of tissues adjacent to cancer, while there was hardly any expression in squamous cell carcinoma (8.3%). Conclusion HB-EGF may play an important role in the early pathogenesis of skin squamous cell carcinoma and functions to maintain the phenotype of normal skin tissues in basal layer.
