摘要
目的:观察短时氧惊厥后沙土鼠行为学的改变,探讨短时氧惊厥对中枢神经功能的影响。方法:沙土鼠暴露在0.5MPa压力的高压氧下,引起短时氧惊厥,首次惊厥5min后,减压出舱,在进舱前、出舱后即刻、24及72h各进行1次旷场试验计分。结果:正常对照组及压力对照组动物无惊厥发作,旷场试验得分无变化,氧惊厥组均发生惊厥,出舱即刻旷场试验得分12.38±4.90低于进舱前21.05±4.67(P<0.01),出舱24h旷场试验得分44.66±8.97则明显升高(P<0.01),72h旷场试验得分27.58±6.72有所下降(P<0.01),但仍高于进舱前(P<0.05)。结论:氧惊厥后即刻精神行为受到抑制,其后精神行为兴奋性增高,24h达高峰,72h下降,短时氧惊厥对中枢神经功能造成影响。
AIM:To observe the behavioral changes of gerbils following short-course hyperbaric oxygen-induced convuls ion and to explore the influence of HBOC on central nervous system.METHODS:Open field tests(OFT)were conducted in gerbils before de-compression,just after decompression,24h and 72h after the decompres-sion ended following hyperbaric oxy gen-induced convulsion,in which ge rbils were exposed to 0.5MPa hyperbaric oxygen until 5min after first generalized convulsion.RESULTS:No convulsion and no change of OFT sco res were observed in normal control group and hyperbaric air control group.OFT scores were sig-nificantly decreased immediately a fter the decompression ended(12.38±4.90)as compared with the same animals before hyperbaric oxygen-induced convulsion(21.05±4.67)(P<0.01).The scores were significantly in-creased at 24h after hyperbaric oxygen-induced convulsion(44.66±8.97)(P<0.01),then the scores were decreased at 72h after hyperbaric oxy-gen-induced convulsion(27.58±6.72)(P<0.01)but were still higher as compared with the same animals before hyperbaric oxygen-induced convul -sion(P<0.05).
