间质干细胞在神经损伤后组织修复与功能重建中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 间质干细胞(mesenchymalstemcell,MSC)来源广泛,可取自骨髓、脐带血、外周血、肌肉、骨骼、软骨、腱、脂肪、血管利用MSC在体外具有贴壁生长的特性将MSC从中分离出来,这种分离出来的细胞具有干细胞持续增殖和多向分化的特性,可跨胚层分化,能够分化成为神经元和胶质细胞、造骨细胞、软骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌细胞,而且移植免疫排斥反应弱。动物实验表明MSC移植对神经损伤的治疗有潜在优势。国内外众多研究已取得可喜的进展,并对其治疗机制做出初步的阐述,主要有以下两方面:①MSC在诱导剂、细胞因子和微环境等因素作用下,能直接分化为神经细胞,重建神经环路移植。②MSC的营养支持在治疗中起重要作用。
