Knowledge on and Needs for Occupational Health among Enterprise Workers and Staff, a Questionnaire Survey Conducted in Shanghai Institute of Rubber Products

目的 调查企业员工对职业卫生的认知和需求。方法 以调查问卷的形式对 36 1名企业员工就职业卫生相关问题进行调查。结果 33 7%人知晓上海市职业病条例 ,仅有 3 3%人认为接触职业病危害者要做上岗前体检 ,82 3%人认为定期体检是必要的。 30 5%知晓健康促进的内涵 ,111人提出了 188个关于职业健康的问题和建议 ,问题主要集中在工作环境的治理。结论 企业员工职业卫生知识普及、宣传、培训不够。

Objective To investigate the knowledge on and needs for occupational health among enterprise workers and staff Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the whole staff and workers of Shanghai institute of rubber products in Changning District, Shanghai, 361 persons in total Results 33 7% of them knew about the “Regulations of Occupational Diseases of Shanghai Municipality” Only 3 3% of them knew the necessity of physical examination before going on duty 82 3% of them regarded regular physical examination necessary 30 5% of them knew the intension of health promoting enterprise 98 9% of them had training of labor safety more than once 111 persons raised 188 questions and suggestions about occupational health, especially about the management of working environment Fifty persons asked for strengthening of training of occupational health Conclusion The knowledge rates about occupational health are still rather low among factory staff and workers in Shanghai The effects of labor safety training remain to be improved Occupational health is to be strengthened
