结肠息肉病的治疗方法选择

Choosing therapy methods for polyposis coli

目的回顾性分析结直肠息肉病例的治疗方法,选择最佳诊疗方案。方法对近年来收治结直肠息肉病38例的治疗进行了回顾性分析。结果可采用纤维结肠镜摘除的结直肠息肉病手术开腹率高。结论结直肠息肉应首选纤维结肠镜摘除,这是有效降低开腹手术和全结肠切除,保留直肠肛门,减少回肠造瘘,提高病人生活质量的有效方法。

Objective:To analyse retrospectively the therapy methods for polypo si s coli and choose the best ones.Methods:Analysing retrospectively 38 cases of po lyposis coli patients who have accepted treatment in recently years.Results:The rate of accepted abdominal operation treatment is high but actually these patien ts can be treated with another method namely extirpating through colonofibroscop e.Conclusion:Extirpating polypus through colonofibroscope is the first choosing method to therapy polyposis coli.It is effectivel to reduce the rate of abdomina l operation and total colectomy and ileostomy.This method is efficacious for ari sing life quality of patients.
