1998～2002年广州地区儿童B型流感病毒亚型监测

Prevalence of Influenza B Viruses in Guangzhou Area from 1998 to 2002

目的 了解 1998～ 2 0 0 2年广州地区儿童B型流感病毒的亚型流行分布和特点 .方法 对疑似流感样症状的儿童取咽分泌物 ,接种到MDCK放 33℃温箱培养 4 8～ 72小时 .MDCK细胞上清液进行血凝试验 .结果 2 84 8例中 117例分出B型流感病毒 ,总阳性率为 4 .1% . 1998年为 5 % ,1999年B型流感病毒阳性率为 1.9% ,2 0 0 0年为 4 .3% ,2 0 0 1年为 3.3% ,2 0 0 2年为 6 .1% .1998～ 2 0 0 1年广州地区儿童B型流感病毒流行为Yamagata型 ,2 0 0 2年为Victo ria型 .结论 1998～ 2 0 0 2年广州地区儿童B型流感病毒存在两个亚型感染 ,但没有发现 2个亚型在同一流行时间同时出现 .2 0 0

Objective To characterize the influenza B viruses epidemic in children from 1998 to 2002 in Guangzhou area. Methods The specimens for viral isolation were taken with swabs from children's throats and the material was inoculated into the MDCK cells ,which was incubated for 48～72 hours at 33℃. The supernatant of MDCK cells culture was tested with hemagglutionation test. Results Influenza B viruses were isolates 117 cases of 2848 children, there was 4.1% with total positive rate of influenza B viruses. It was 5% of positive rate of influenza B viruses in 1998, the positive rate was 1.9% in 1999,It was 4.3%,3.3%.6.1% in 2000?2001 and 2002 respectively .It caused B Yamagata lineage epidemics with children during the period of 1998～2001 in this area, but it was B Victoria lineage in 2002. Conclusions There were two lineage of influenza B viruses infection with children in Guangzhou area from 1998 to 2002, but it didn't find out the epidemic two lineages of influenza B viruses in the same time. There was an outbreak influenza B Victoria viruses with children in December 2002.
