复方甲硝唑醇溶液中甲硝唑、水杨酸的含量测定

Determination of Metronidazole and Salicylic Acid in Compound Metronidazole Alcoholic Solution by Dual Wavelength Spectrophotometry

目的:测定复方甲硝唑醇溶液中甲硝唑、水杨酸的含量。方法:采用双波长分光光度法同时测定甲硝唑、水杨酸的含量。结果:甲硝唑 的线性范围为6.9～16.1μg/mL,平均回收率为99.83％,RSD为1.28％;水杨酸的线性范围为3.3～7.7μg/mL,平均回收率为 96.48％,RSD为0.84％。结论:双波长分光光度法简便、快速、准确。

Objective: To measuring the content of metronidazole and salicylic acid in compound metronidazole alcoholic solution. Methods: Dual wavelength spectrophotometry were used, and then measured at the wavelength of 315, 279, 298, 331 nm, respectively. Results : The different ahsorbance and the concentration showed a good linear relationship in 6. 9-16. 1μg/mL for metronidazole,3. 3 - 7. 7μg/mL for salicylic acid. The mean recoveries of metronidazole and salicylic acid were 99. 83% (RSD = 1.28% ) and 96.48% (RSD = 0. 84% ) ,respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple,quick and accurate.
