摘要
阐述了果蔬气调贮藏的发展历史,对果蔬采后生理的影响与主要方式的研究概况及进展进行了报道。对机械气调库的主要设备、MA包装的建立方法与研究应用重点进行了总结,指出了果蔬气调贮藏的发展方向。
Controlled and modified atmosphere storage of fresh fruit and vegetable is expnesseol in this article.Effect of O 2 and CO 2 on postharvest physiology of fruit and vegetable and main uses of controlled atmosphere and modified atmosphere package was emphasized.De-velopment ways for research on controlled and modified atmosphere storage of fruit and vegetable is suggested.
