摘要
用滴定法测定槟榔果实呼吸变化趋势。低温可延缓呼吸高峰的出现,有利于贮藏保鲜。使用放射性同位素45Ca示踪法,可证明槟榔果实内45Ca的分布有着明显的差异,果仁积累较多。低温有利于减缓45Ca的积累速度。
By using the method of titration to measure the respiration of postharvest fruits of Arcea,the result shows that fruit of Arcea has a mark increase in respiration during storage period;This increase is called climacteric.Low-temperature cam delay the Climacter-ic and reduce respiration rate.It can be proved with ratio-labeled 45 Ca that temperature has a great effect on distribute of 45 Ca in fruit and re-duce the accumulative rate of 45 Ca in nuclear of fruit.
