摘要
通过对6种中药提取和抑菌实验研究,选定丁香和桂皮提取液作为抑菌材料,对霉菌和酵母菌进行生长抑制调查,并对丁香的抑菌有效期进行了60天的观察。结果表明,丁香较其它中药对霉菌和酵母菌抑菌效果显著,桂皮较其它中药对酵母菌抑菌效果显著;丁香提取液对供试菌株具有长期的抑菌效果。
Six extracts of Chinese herbs was studied for the effects of fung inhibition.The extracts of clove and cinnamon showed the most ef-fective results.The experimental results showed that clove extract has the significant inhibition effect for both mold and yeast than others;cin-namon only has the inhibition effect on yeast.
