核心结合因子a1在犬乳恒牙替换过程中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察犬乳恒牙替换过程中核心结合因子a1(cbfa1)的表达 ,探讨其在牙齿替换中的作用。方法 :利用免疫组织化学方法检测cbfa1在犬乳恒牙替换过程中的表达。结果 :cbfa1在幼犬替牙期的恒牙胚根方及旁侧见成骨细胞染色阳性 ;在恒牙胚上方骨组织中的破骨细胞以及乳牙根面和牙髓腔内的破牙细胞中均有阳性信号表达。结论 :cbfa1可能参与了犬乳恒牙替换过程中牙齿的萌出过程。 Objective:To observe the expression of core binding factor 1, and study their functions during the stage of the replacement of dogs'primary and permanent teeth.Method:By immunohistochemistry, expression of cbf a1 were examined in the tissues around deciduous tooth root of immature dog at resorption stage. Result: cbf a1 positive signals were observed in the periodontium of deciduous tooth and alveolar bone. Their positive signals were observed in the osteoclasts up the tooth germ,there were some odontoclasts in the medial wall of the pulp cavity.Conclusion:cbf a1 may involve in the eruption of dog's permanent teeth during the stage of the replacement of primary and permanent teeth.
