肠神经对鸡输卵管支配的逆行追踪法研究

Study on Remak Nerve Innervating Uterin Tube in Hens with Retrograde Tracing Method

应用 HRP和 CB- HRP逆行追踪支配鸡输卵管神经元在肠神经内的分布和形态特点 ,以探察鸡肠神经在体内的支配范围以及肠神经对生殖系统的可能调节作用。结果显示 ,肠神经内出现大量阳性神经元和神经纤维 ,这些神经元大多数为小型多极神经元 ,少数是双极神经元。阳性细胞主要位于肠神经节内 ,节间束也见个别分布。这就从形态上证实 ,肠神经支配并调节鸡的生殖活动。本研究还比较了 HRP和 CB- HRP

Neurons in remak nerve innervating the uterin tube of hens were observed with retrograde tracing method.There were lots of labelled neurons and nerve fibres in remak nerve.Most neurons were small multipolar nerve cells,while few were bipolar nerve cells.Labelled neurons distributed in the ganglia of remak nerve excepting the several interspersed in bundles of nerve fibres between the ganglia.The results showed that the remak nerve innervates and adjusts the reproduction activity.In addition,reaction sensitivity of HRP and CB HRP was examined in this study.
