摘要
5 8周龄 ISA蛋鸡 5 0 0只 ,随机分为 5组 :A组为对照组 ,B、C、D、E组分别在基础日粮中添加依普拉芬 ( Ipri-flavone,7-异丙氧基异黄酮 ) 15、2 5、5 0、10 0 m g/ kg。试验期 70 d。每月采血样测定血钙、血磷、骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、雌激素 ,记录体重 ,测骨矿含量 ;每天记录产蛋量、蛋重、破壳蛋数。结果表明 :C组产蛋率显著高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )和 B组 ,极显著高于 D、E组 ( P<0 .0 1) ;C组蛋重、破壳率优于其他各组 ;各组体重无显著差异 ;C组血磷显著低于其他各组 ,B组血钙显著低于其他各组 ,C组碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素均显著高于其他各组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;试验各组雌激素水平上升 ,但各组间无差异。结论 :日粮中添加适量依普拉芬 ( 2 5 mg/ kg)能改善蛋鸡的骨代谢 。
Five hundred ISA cage layers were randomly divided into 5 groups.Group A is as control,Ipriflavone was added to B,C,D,E groups at the dosage of 15,25,50,100 mg/kg respectively.The test was carried out for 70 days.Once each month,blood was collected to check the Ca,P,BGP,AKP,E 2 and the bone mineral content was checked.Each day,the number of eggs and damaged eggs and the weight of eggs were noted.The egg laying rate of group C was significantly higher than that of control and the other groups,the laying rate of group D and E were apparently lower than that of groups A,B,C.The mean egg weight and shell quality of group C were best.The body weight of group C is lightest,but these were not significant.The serum level of phosphor of group C and calcium of group B was significantly lower.The serum level of AKP and BGP of group C were significantly higher.There was no changes observed in serum level of E 2 of all experiment goups.The study demonstrated that the appropriate dosage of Ipriflavone may improve bone metabolism and the production of cage layer during the late cycle.
