硫酸粘杆菌素(Colistin sulfate)对大肠杆菌的抗生素后效应

The In-vitro Post-Antibiotic Effect of Colistin Sulfate on E.coli

用微量稀释法测定的硫酸粘杆菌素 ( colistin sulfate)对 4株大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度 ( MIC)和最低杀菌浓度( MBC) ,分别为 0 .2～ 0 .8m g/ L和 0 .8～ 1.6 mg/ L。 2 MIC硫酸粘杆菌素对 4株大肠杆菌作用 2 h后 ,10 0 0倍稀释去除药物 ,硫酸粘杆菌素对 4株大肠杆菌的抗生素后效应 ( PAE)在 1.0 6 2～ 2 .0 17h之间。 6 4、32、16、8、4、2 MIC硫酸粘杆菌素对大肠杆菌 CMCC4 4 10 3作用 2 h后 ,10 0 0倍稀释去除药物 ,硫酸粘杆菌素 PAE的平均值分别为 0 .5 17、2 .4 87、2 .0 37、1.72 7、1.4 6 7、1.0 5 7h,PAE与药物浓度呈正相关。

The MIC and MBC of colistin on four strains of E.coli was determined by microdilution mothed as 0 2 0 8 mg/L and 0 8 1 6 mg/L.Four strains of E.coli were exposed to colistin sulfate for 2 h,the mean value of PAE of four strains of E.coli ranged from 1 062 h to 2 017 h.E.coli CMCC44103 was exposed to 64,32,16,8,4,2 MIC colistin for 2 h,the mean value of PAE of colistin at the concentrations of 64,32,16,8,4,2 MIC were 0 517,2 487,2 037,1 727,1 407 and 1 057 h respectively.PAE was positively correlative with the drug concentration.
