波尔山羊“猝死病”病原学研究

Studies on Aetiology of Sudden Death of Boer Goat

通过流行病学调查、毒物检测及微生物学检验等方法 ,对山东省引进的波尔山羊“猝死病”发病原因进行了系统的研究分析。结果证明 ,本病是由凝结芽孢杆菌 ( Bacillus coagulans)和克雷伯氏杆菌肺炎亚种 ( K lebsiellapneumoniae)协同感染所致 ,并通过研制成的二联灭活菌苗 ,有效地控制了波尔山羊“猝死病”的发生。

By using epidemiological investigation,inspection of poisons and microbiological examination,the aetiology of 'sudden death' of Boer goat was studied.The results showed that the disease was caused by mixed infection of Bacillus coagulans and Klebsiella pneumoniae.The disease was controlled by combined inactivated vaccine based on the two bacteria.
