拇指撕脱性离断不同方式重建血运效果比较

Circulation reconstruction of avulsed thumb by different procedures:A report of 85 cases

目的介绍拇指撕脱性离断血运重建的方法。方法1991-07～2002-12根据血管损伤程度,采用5种指动脉重建方式对85指撕脱性离断拇指进行再植。结果再植85指成活80指。随访6个月以上有36指,血液循环:优23指,良13指,拇指外形及功能良好,均恢复原工作。结论根据拇指撕脱性离断动静脉损伤情况,选用不同的方式重建血液循环,有助于简化手术,提高再植成活率。

Objective To introduce the methods of circulation reconstruction in replantation of avulsed thumbs.Methods From July,1991to December,2002,85avulsed thumbs were replanted with5ways of circulation reconstruction,it was introduced for repairing method of digital blood vessel depending on the severe grades of their injury.Results Among the85,80survived.Follow-up of6months for36repaired thumbs showed satisfactory results functionally and cosmetically with good circulation recovery.Conclusions The ways of blood circulation reconstruction would be chosen according to the injury degree of artery and vein in avulsed thumb ,which would improve the survival rate of replantation.
