胰腺移植和胰岛细胞移植的最新进展及未来展望 被引量：1

摘要 糖尿病是目前成人致盲和肾衰的主要病因之一,也是最常见的儿童慢性疾病之一.其患病率的上升幅度近几十年来超过了任何其它疾病,已成为世界各国的重要卫生保健问题.以美国为例,每年用于糖尿病的费用高达1380亿美元,也就是说1/7的医疗保健费用用于糖尿病[1].
