摘要
目的 :探讨新生儿窒息时血阴离子间隙 (AG)变化。方法 :采血用瑞士产AVL 945型血气分析仪作血气分析 ,同时采血测定电解质 ,计算出AG值。结果 :71例轻度窒息与重度窒息之间pH值有显著性差异 (P >0 0 1) ,BE值无显著差异 (P >0 0 5) ,但轻度窒息与重度窒息之间AG值存在极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :窒息新生儿易发生高AG代谢性酸中毒 ,且发生率与窒息程度相关 ,临床检测可作为判断窒息程度的指标 。
Objective:To study the changes of serum anion ga p(AG)of the neonatal asphysia.Methods:To determine arterial blood gas analy sis in use of blood gas analyzer (AVL-945,Switzerland),meantime the electrolyte s were measured and the values of AG were calculated.Results:Among 7 1 cases,pH values were significantly different between serious asphyxia cases an d slight asphyxia cases (P>0 01),whereas the difference of AG values was mo re significant (P<0.01),no significant difference was found in BE (P>0 05).Conclusions:The neonatal asphyxia is susleptible to metabolic a cidosis with high AG.Morbidity is velated to asphyxia degree.Clinical examinatio n of AG may be one of indicator judging neonatal asphyxia degree and it can guid e clinical treatment.
