剖宫产术中行大型子宫肌瘤挖出术35例分析

Chinical Study of 35 Cases with Cesarean Myomectomy for Larger Fibroids

目的 :探讨剖宫产术中同时行大型子宫肌瘤 (主体瘤直径 >5cm)挖出术的安全性 ,可行性及临床意义。方法 :对我院腹壁横切口腹膜内剖宫产术中同时行大型子宫肌瘤挖出术 3 5例与随机抽取同期腹壁横切口单纯腹膜内剖宫产 3 5例比较、分析。结果 :剖宫产术中同时行巨大子宫肌瘤挖出术与单纯剖宫产术比较 ,两组在术中出血量上有明显差异 (t=3 62 ) ,但在产后出血发生率 ( χ2 =0 5 6)、产褥感染、产褥病率 ( χ2 =0 2 2 )、平均住院天数 (t =0 3 1)等方面无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :腹膜内剖宫产术中同时行大型子宫肌瘤挖出术是安全、可行的 。

Objectives:To study the safety,the effect and the clinical value of cesarean myomectomy for larger fibroids(the diameter of the main mass is more than 5cm). Methods 35 cases were selected for experimental group that had undertaken cesarean myomectomy. 35 cases were selected for control group that had only undertaken cesarean section during the same period. Results: It is significantly different between the two groups in haemorrhage during cesarean section,but no differences were observed between the two groups in postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal,infection,puerperal morbidity and the average hospital days. Conclusions:The clinical use of cesarean myomectomy for larger fibroids is safe and effective.
