摘要 长期以来,人们认为中枢神经系统神经元在个体出生前业已完成,之后不具有再生能力.20世纪90年代初期,研究者在成年啮齿类动物及人的脑和脊髓中分离出能够不断分裂增殖,在特定条件下,具有向神经元、神经胶质细胞分化潜能的原始细胞,并在体外培养成功,提出了神经干细胞(neuronal stem cell)的概念[1].
