肝硬化患者红细胞I型补体受体基因点突变与数量表达的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 动态观察肝炎肝硬化患者红细胞I型补体受体基因点突变与数量表达及其天然免疫黏附功能 (erythrocytecellnature immune adhesionfunction ,RNIAF)的变化 ,探讨它们在评估肝炎肝硬化病情严重程度中的应用价值。方法 分别检测 13 4例肝炎肝硬化不同分级的I型补体受体基因点突变与数量表达及其RNIAF的变化。结果 与正常人群相比较 ,肝硬化患者I型补体受体基因点突变率无统计学差异 ,而肝硬化Child分级各组的CRl数量表达及RNIAF都明显低于正常人群组 ,且随着分级病情严重 ,CRl、RNIAF逐渐降低。结论 红细胞I型补体受体活性及天然免疫黏附功能可灵敏地反映肝炎肝硬化患者病情的发展 。 ObjectiveTo study the changes of genomic density polymorphism、quantit ative expression of complement receptor type 1(CR1)and erythrocyte cell nature- immune-adhesion function in hepatocirrhosis patients,and investigate the signif icance of CR1 and erythrocyte cell nature-immune-adhesion function,which evalu ate the severity of cirrhosis.MethodsTested spot mutation rate s of erythrocyte CR1 density gene、CR1、RNIAF in 134 hepatocirrhosis patients.ResultsSpot mutation rates of erythrocyte CR1 density gene in he patocirrhosis patients were not significantly different with those of healthy in dividuals.But the amount of CR1 and RNIAF was significantly lower than that of h ealthy individuals.CR1 and RNIAF were decreased ordinally from Child-Pugh A、B 、C respectively.ConclusionDefective expression of CR1 in hepato cirrhosis patients is acquierythrocyte through central and/or peripheral mechani sms.CR1 and RNIAF are important indexes to reflect the severity of liver functi on in clinic.
