乙型肝炎病人血清转化生长因子α水平检测及其临床意义

The clinical significance of monitoring serum transforming growth factor-alpha level in hepatitis B

目的 通过对不同病程的乙型肝炎病人血清转化生长因子α(TGF α)的检测 ,探讨TGF α的变化规律及其与肝功能损害的关系 ,并对TGF α在乙型肝炎诊断中的临床意义进行初步观察。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定了 84例乙型肝炎患者血清TGF α含量 ,同时检测了各项肝功能指标。所获数据利用计算机SPSS软件应用方差分析及相关分析法进行统计学处理。结果 ①急性肝炎、慢性肝炎 (中度 )、慢性肝炎 (重度 )病人血清TGF α含量分别为 13 744± 4 449pg/ml、12 815± 5 2 2 5pg/ml、15 892± 5 0 94pg/ml,明显高于对照组 8 3 95± 3 10 7pg/ml(P <0 0 1) ;慢性肝炎 (轻度 )病人血清TGF α含量为 8 517± 2 719pg/ml,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5)。②肝病病人血清TGF α的变化与肝功能指标ALT、AST、ALB呈正相关关系 ,而与AKP、γ GT无关。结论 血清TGF α的检测对乙型肝炎的预后估计具有重要临床意义 ,且TGF

ObjectiveTo study the relationship betwee n the changes of transforming growth factor-alpha(TGF-α) and liver function dam age in different phases of hepatitis B and the clinical significance of measur ing the level of TGF-α in patients with different phases of liver diseases.MethodsThe method of RIA and auto-biochemistry instrument we re employed to detect the serum TGF-α level and liver function index in 84 pat ients. Results①All the patients were divid ed into 5 groups according to different phase and severity of liver diseases,acu te hepatitis,chronic hepatitis (mild),chronic hepatitis (moderate),chronic hepat itis (severe).The levels of serum TGF-α were (13 744±4 449) pg/ml,(8 517± 2 7 19) pg/ml,(12 815±5 225) pg/ml,(15 892±5 049) pg/ml,(8 396±3 107) pg/ml r espectively.Except that of chronic hepatitis (mild),the level of serum TGF-α i n other groups were much higher than control group ( P <0.01) ②Serum TGF-α was positively correlated with serum level of ALT,AST,ALB( P <0.05) and had no relationship with the level of AKP,γ-GT( P >0.05). ConclusionsThe level of serum TGF-α may be associated with the p rognosis of hepatitis B.The increasing level of TGF-α,reflecting the damage of liver f unction may provide useful information for the diagnosis of phases in hepatitis B.
