摘要
目的 探讨射频消融术对室上性心动过速的疗效。方法 对本组病例分别采用房室结双径路和房室旁路设定放电功率与时间 ,进行消融术。结果 13例AVNRT消融成功 ,放电能量 (2 0± 10 )W ,总放电时间 (16 0± 30 )s ,11例出现房室交界性心律。 17例AVNRT通过旁路消融成功 ,放电能量为 4 0~ 5 0W ,总放电时间为 80 0s。结论 射频消融术治疗室上性心动过速疗效确切、安全、并发症少。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of treatment of supraventricular tachycardia. Methods The power and time of radio-frequency was used separately in this group as two paths of AV node and AV side path to current ablation. Results 13 cases of AVNRT had successful ablation with current power (20±10)w and time of (160±30)s. 11 cases appeared AV relayed rhythm. 17 cases had successful ablation with current power 40~50w and time of 800s. Conclusion The radio-frequency current ablation could treat supraventricular tachycardia with safe and without complication.
