The Reliability of Bioartificial Livers

生物人工肝开始在临床试用 ,但是生物人工肝的使用安全性仍有许多值得探讨的问题。主要涉及生物人工肝的生物学评价和生物人工肝使用动物肝细胞的潜在风险。本文对这两个问题进行了分析 ,特别对受体的免疫反应 ,动物肝细胞的生理功能及替代人体肝脏的能力 ,可能感染的人畜共患疾病以及生物伦理学等问题展开了讨论。

Bioartificial livers have been applied on trial in clinical field,but the reliability of their application has several items still deserving discussion,which is primarily concerned to the biological evaluation of bioartificial livers and the latent fisk of using animal liver cells as bioartificial livers.This paper analyses these two problems,and especially discusses the immunologic reaction to recipients,the physiological function of animal liver cells and their capability of substituting human livers,probably infected zoonosis,as well as bioethics on bioartificial livers.
