摘要
目的 :探讨单发脑转移瘤CT误诊的原因。方法 :单发脑转移瘤CT误诊 2 9例作回顾性分析。结果 :2 9例单发脑转移瘤误诊为胶质瘤 14例 ,脑膜瘤 7例 ,其它 8例 ,术前无明确颅外肿瘤病史 2 4例。误诊主要原因 :临床无特异征象 ,术前无明确颅外肿瘤病史 ,病灶部位的影像无典型表现。结论 :结合病史 ,仔细分析影像特征 ,颅外原发肿瘤的检测 ,特别是肺部CT检查 。
Objective:To analyze the reasons of CT misdiagnosis of single brain metastasis carcinoma.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 29 misdiagnosed single brain metastasis carcinoma was performed.Results:Of the 29 Patients,14 were misdiagnosed as glioma,7 as meningioma and 8 as other carcinoma. Twenty-four of 29 patients had no past history of extracranial carcinoma.The main causes of misdiagnosis were no clinical specificity,no clear past history of extracranial carcinoma,no typical imaging appearance and the location of lesion.Conclusion:The accuracy of the diagnosis of single brain metastasis carcinoma can be improved by carefully studying the imaging specifcity and detecting primary extracranial carcinoma(especially pulmonary CT)combined with patients' past history.
