经鼻内镜筛窦良性肿瘤切除术

Excision of benign neoplasms in ethmoid sinuses under nasal endoscope

目的 探讨鼻内镜进路治疗筛窦良性肿瘤的有效方法。方法 经鼻内镜治疗筛窦囊肿 7例 ,骨化纤维瘤 3例 ,腺瘤1例 ,骨瘤 2例。结果 手术均顺利完成 ,随访 0 .4～ 5年 ,愈后较好未出现复发。结论 与鼻外进路治疗筛窦良性肿瘤相比 ,鼻内进路治疗有较明显优势 ,可以在一定条件下推广使用。

Objective To study the efficacy of excision for benign neoplasms in ethmoid sinuses under nasal endoscope. Methods Various benign neoplasms from ethmoid sinuses were removed under nasal endoscope,these were 7 cysts,3 cases of osteofibroma,1 adenoma and 2 cases of osteoma. Results All operations were accomplished successfully,and followed with a 0.4-5 year-follow-up,no recurrences were observed.Conclusions Endoscopic surgery for these neoplasms is greatly superior to external approaches,which can be applied.
