摘要
目的 检测大鼠低顺应性膀胱组织中Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白基因的表达。方法 用RT PCR的方法检测大鼠梗阻性低顺应性膀胱组织中Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白基因表达的改变。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,低顺应性膀胱组织逼尿肌层中Ⅲ型胶原蛋白基因的表达被明显上调 ,Ⅰ型胶原蛋白基因的表达被上调 ,而弹性蛋白基因的表达被明显下调。结论 在大鼠的梗阻性低顺应性膀胱中 ,发现膀胱组织肌层内Ⅲ型、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白基因表达被上调 ,弹性蛋白基因的表达被明显下调 ,而这两种基因表达的改变与梗阻后低顺应性膀胱的形成存在一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the alternation of collagen typeⅠand type Ⅲ and tropoelastin gene expression during obstructive low compliant bladder of rats.Methods The expression of collagen typeⅠand type Ⅲ and tropoelastin in the rats bladder tissues were evaluated by RT-PCR.Results The gene expression of collagen typeⅠand type Ⅲ in smooth muscle of low compliant bladder were up regulation.But the type Ⅲ gene expression was more obvious than the type I.And the gene expression of tropoelastin was more obvious down regulation.Conclusion Collagen type Ⅲ and Ⅰgene expression in obstructive low compliant bladder of rats were up regulated.Tropoelastin gene expression obstructive in low compliant bladder of rats were down regulated.Up regulation of collagen gene expression and down regulation of tropoelastin gene expression related to low compliant bladder after obstruction.
