摘要
肾上腺髓质素 (AM )属于降钙素基因相关性多肽超家族的一员 ,其受体为CRLR/RAMP2或CRLR/RAMP3。AM可由血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞、成纤维细胞、单核巨噬细胞、肾小球系膜细胞及上皮细胞、心肌细胞以及某些肿瘤细胞等合成分泌 ,并且与某些细胞因子关系密切。AM具有扩张血管、调节水钠代谢、细胞增殖等多种生物学功能 ,还与器官纤维化、硬化有一定关系。
