摘要
目的 :为了探讨颈动脉硬化导致颈动脉狭窄的图像形态及血流动力学与临床上诊断为高血压、高血脂、糖尿病的关系。方法 :应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行了检测 ,对两者关系初步进行了分析。结果 :80例中有 4 8例患者检出斑块 ,与高血压、高血脂、糖尿病关系密切。结论 :应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行检测是简便。
Objective:To study the relation between the imaging and hemodynamical changes of carotid Stenosis induced by carotid sclerosis and diseases of hypertension,hyperlipemia and diabetes.Methods:The change was dletected by means of color doppler ultrasound (C D U)and analyzed.Results:Plaques were detected in 48 cases (60%) and significantly related With hypertension,hyperlipmia and diabetes.Conclusion:The C D U is simple and effective method for detecting carotid stenosis.
