摘要
目的 :探讨宫腔镜技术在治疗计划生育中出现子宫疾病的诊断与治疗方法。方法 :对计划生育中出现的子宫内节育器异位、断裂和子宫胎胚残留物进行诊断治疗。结果 :宫腔镜技术对以上疾病寻找定位准确 ,术中观察清晰 ,分离钳取操作方便。结论 :宫腔镜技术治疗计划生育中出现的子宫疾病组织创伤小 ,术后恢复快 。
Objective:To explore the application of hysteroscope to diagnosis and treatment of uterine diseases complicated by birth control operations.Methods:The hysteroscopy was performed on diagnosis and treatment of IUD displacement,fragmentation and embryo remains in uterus.Results:The hysteroscopy was effective on accurate location of diseases,clear observation and convenient operating.Conclusion:The hysteroscopy with minimal invasion and rapid recovery is the choice of therapy for birth control openations.
