哮喘豚鼠肺组织T-bet基因表达的实验研究

摘要 目的 探讨哮喘豚鼠肺组织中 T- bet基因 m- RNA的表达水平。方法 采用 RT- PCR技术 ,检测哮喘豚鼠肺组织中 T- bet基因表达水平。结果 哮喘组肺组织中 T- bet基因的表达水平明显低于正常对照组 (p<0 .0 1)。结论 哮喘组肺组织中 T- bet基因的表达水平明显降低。 Objective To investigate the expressions of T-bet gene in the lungs of asthma guinea pigs. Methods The asthma guinea pigs were induced by ovalbumine(OA). The levels of T-bet gene m-RNA expressions in the lung tissues were evaluated by RT-PCR. Results Comparing with the control group ,the expressions of the T-bet gene were markedly decreased in the lung tissue of the asthma group(p<0.001). Conclusion The levels of the T-bet gene expression were remained low in the lung tissues of asthma guinea pigs
