1023例病毒性肝炎临床与病理诊断分析

探讨病毒性肝炎临床与病理诊断的符合率。将 10 2 3例病毒性肝炎临床与病理资料输入计算机 ,用SPSS8 0统计软件进行相关分析。各型肝炎临床与病理诊断总符合率 76 9% ,诊断符合率依次为慢性肝炎重度组(CHs) 81 9% ,慢性肝炎轻中度组 (CHL～m) 81 4% ,活动性肝硬变 (ALC) 5 2 % ,静止性肝硬变 (LC) 5 0 % ,急性重型肝炎 (ASH) 5 0 % ,急性肝炎 (AH) 38 6 % ,慢性重症肝炎 (CSH) 35 7% ,亚急性重症肝炎 (SSH) 0 %。临床与病理结合 ,有助于提高病毒性肝炎的诊断准确率。
