彩色多普勒能量图与彩色多普勒血流图诊断肝血管瘤效果的比较

Comparison of diagnostic value between color doppler energy and color doppler flow imaging for hepatic hemangiona

目的 :比较彩色多普勒能量图 (CDE)与彩色多普勒血流图 (CDFI)诊断肝血管瘤的效果。方法 :用 CDE与CDFI观察 2 8例 (36个 )肝血管瘤内的血流情况 ,比较两者的血流显示率。结果 :CDE和 CDFI对肝血管瘤内血流的显示率分别为 94.4%和 2 8.9% ,两者差异有非常显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :CDE对肝血管瘤的敏感性明显高于 CDFI,表明CDE对肝血管瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有较大的应用价值。

Objective:To compare the diagnostic value between color doppler energy(CDE) and color doppler flow imaging(CDFI)for hepatic hemangioma.Methods:Combined with pulsed wave Doppler,blood flow characteristics of 36 hepatic hemangioma in 28 patients were studied by CDE and CDFI,respectively.Results:CDE had a significantly higher sensitivity than CDFI in showing intrahepatic blood flow of hemangioma(94.4% vs 28.9%, P <0.01).Conclusion:CDE is superior to CDFI in diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.
