老年性白内障术后角膜厚度的变化

The postoperative change of corneal thickness in senile cataract

目的 :观察老年性白内障术后角膜厚度的变化。方法 :老年性白内障患者 18例 ,(2 2眼 )在术前及术后第 1、2、3天 ,采用 DGH- 2 0 0 0 - AP超声角膜测厚仪测量中央及周边角膜厚度 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :术后第 1天角膜增厚最明显 ,第 2、3天逐渐减轻 ,3d间角膜厚度的差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;术后角膜增厚以上方周边角膜为重 ,中央部次之 ,下方周边角膜最轻 ,三个部位之间的差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :白内障术后角膜厚度的变化与手术切口、手术操作有关。

Objective:To observe the change of corneal thickness after cataract extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber IOL implantation.Methods:Using the ultrasonic pachymetry,the corneal thickness in 18 patients with senile cataract(22 cataract eyes)was measured preoperatively and on the last,2nd and 3rd days postoperatively.Results:The corneal thickness was obviously increased postoperatively;it became the thickest on the 1st day,and gradually thinned down later.The increase of corneal thickness was maximal in the superior peripheral cornea,second in the central cornea,and minimal in the inferior peripheral cornea.There was a significant difference among 3 postoperative days and 3 regions of cornea(P<0.01).Conclusion:The postoperative increase of corneal thickness is related to the operation incision and technique.
