摘要
目的 :通过对丙烯酸类树脂改性来加大它的水溶性 ,从而达到大力开发水性树脂 ,同时减少行业方面的环境污染和对工人身体危害。方法 :在过硫酸铵或过氧化苯甲酰存在下 ,以水和醇作溶剂对丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸进行聚合 ,然后加入环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇、醋酸乙烯进行改性 ,并对它的水溶性进行研究。结果 :我们发现这种改性后的丙烯酸树脂其粘度、膜的耐磨性和耐水性均达到或超过了一般水性丙烯酸酯的性能。结论 :改性后的树脂的水溶性增强 。
Objective This article aims at reducing industrial pollution as well as harm to laborers' health by reforming acrylic resins.Methods Water-soluble acrylic resins is reformed by polymerization of acrylic,ester acrylate with ethylene ester acetate,epoxide resin,polyethylenol in the presence of initiator and in the water and alcohol as solvent.The resin possesses excellent quality such as good viscosity, water-resistance,endurance etc.Results This reformatory water-soluble acrylic resins equaled or even surpassed the usual ones in viscositywater-resistance,endurance etc.Conclusions The water-soluble of this reformed resins is improved for the better and the resins' good quality has also been strengthened.
