β_1受体阻滞剂干预糖尿病心脏舒张功能不全的临床研究

STUDY ON TREATMENT DIABETIC DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION WITH β1-RECEPTOR BLOCKER

目的探讨β1 受体阻滞剂对糖尿病合并心脏舒张功能异常者的疗效。方法应用β1 受体阻滞剂治疗糖尿病并心脏舒张功能异常 3 4例 ,并与 3 0例常规治疗对照 ,3个月后复查心脏彩超测心功能分别进行治疗前后自身对照和组间比较。结果 B1 受体阻滞剂治疗组较常规对照组治疗后心脏舒张功能明显改善 (P<0 .0 1)。结论β1 受体阻滞剂对改善糖尿病合并心脏舒张功能异常有效 。

Objective To investigate the effect of β l-receptor blocker treatment on diabetic patients with cardiac diastolic dysfunction.Method 34 diabetic patients with diastolic dysfunction were treated by β l-receptor blocker(β l-receptor blocker group),compared with 30 diabetic patient with diastolic dysfunction(control group)were treated without β 1-receptor blockr.Both of groups were detected with pulsed doppler echocardiography before and after treatment 3 months. Results The diastolic functions were improved significantly in β 1-Receptor blocker group,compared with control group (p<0.01).Conclusion β 1-receptor blocker is effective in diabetic patients with diastolic dysfunction, and not influences blood glucose in β 1-receptor blocker group.
