老年人消化性溃疡临床特点及治疗体会(附57例临床分析)

THE CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS AND TREATMENT OF SENILE PATIENTS WITH PEPTIC ULCER

目的 了解老年人消化性溃疡临床特点 ,浅谈治疗体会。方法 对 5 7例胃镜或手术证实的老年消化性溃疡患者进行临床分析。结果 老年人消化性溃疡临床表现不典型 ,并发症多 ,幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染率高 (79.2 % ) ,使用三联疗法根除HP ,溃疡复发率低。结论 应重视老年人消化性溃疡的发病 ,积极根除HP治疗 ,减少复发。

Objective: To discuss the clinical manifestations and treatment of senile patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:Clinical analysis was carried out in 57 cases senile patients of peptic ulcer were confirmed by gastroscope or operation.Results:The clinical manifestations of senile patients with peptic ulcer are atypical,there are a lot of complications in these patients,and infection rate of helicobacter pylori (Hp) for these patients is high (79.2%).The recurernce rate of peptic ulcer is low,which is eradicated Hp with three kinds of drug combined treament.Conclusions:We should attach importance to senile patients with peptic ulcer.It is necessary to eradicate Hp from these patients.
