慢性肝炎患者血清透明质酸与其肝组织纤维化病理分期的相关性研究

The Study on the Relation of the Serum HA and the Liver Tissue Filbrosis Stage in Chronic Hepatitis.

目的 :探讨慢性肝炎患者血清透明质酸与其肝组织纤维化病理分期 (S)的相关性。方法 :随机选择 5 0例慢性肝炎患者 ,抽静脉血检测其血清透明质酸 ,肝组织活检 ,病理检查。结果 :肝组织纤维化活动度越高 ,血清透明质酸值升高愈明显 ,S1 与S2 ,S2 与S3,S3 与S4之间比较 ,呈现显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,(S)与血清HA两者密切相关。结论

Objective:To study the relation of the serum HA and the liver tissues fibrosis stage with chronic hepatitis.Methods: 50 patients with Chronic hepatitis was detected serum HA and examined the liver tissue fibrosis stage with pathological methods.Results:As the liver tissues fibrosis stage was elevation,the serum HA was elevation.The serum HA was more correlated with the liver fibrosis stage (S) with chronic hepatitis B(P<0.005).Conclusion: Serum HA is the sensitive sign for the fibrosis stage of the patients liver tissue with chronic hepatitis.
