摘要 目的 探讨胎盘Ⅲ级钙化临床预测胎盘功能的意义。方法 选择分娩前 3天B超检查示胎盘Ⅲ级钙化的住院产妇 137例与胎盘Ⅱ级钙化的住院产妇 10 0例 ,对比分析胎盘分级与羊水及围产儿的预后的关系。结果 胎盘分级与羊水量的减少有一致的倾向性 ,但与羊水性状及胎儿预后无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 B超提示胎盘Ⅲ级钙化不能综合反映胎盘的功能 。 Objective: To investigate the clinical signifacance of predicting placenta function by placenta third grade calcification. Methods: 137 cases placenta third grade calcification were enrolled by Ultrasonography examine 3 days before delivery,and 100 cases placenta second grade calcification as contral.The relations of placenta grade with amniotic fluid and perinatal anticipation were compared.Results: placenta grade is unified with the reduce of amniotic fluid,but no statistical signifacance with amniotic fluid characteristics and embryo anticipation(P>0.05). Conclusions: placenta third grade calcification by Ultrasonography can't reflect placenta function comprehensively,can't predict embryo anticipation.
