对乙酸与纯碱法制备双乙酸钠反应过程进行研究．经探索性实验确定了实验条件范围，再经Ｌ９（３４）正交实验确定了影响产品收率的因素，进而确定了最佳工艺条件．

The reaction processes of preparing sodium diacetate from acetic acid and sodium carbonate are studied. The scope of the experimental conditions is determined through the testing experiments, the main factors affecting the reaction are determined by the orthogonal experiments L9(34), and then the optimum technological conditions are determined.
