摘要
以甲酸和吗啉为原料,在催化剂EDD和带水剂MP的作用下,反应生成N-甲酞吗啉.确定了优化工艺条件——甲酸:吗咐为1.15:1(摩尔比),反应温度85-95℃,反应时间为65 h.N-甲酰吗啉的总收率为90.17%(以吗啉计)
N-formylmorpholine is synthesized by the reaction between morpholine and formic acid under the help of catalyst EDD and water remover MP. The optimum technological conditions are obtained as fol- lows: molar ratio of formic acid to morpholine 1. 15:1, reaction temperature 85- 95℃, and reaction time 6. 5h. The total recovery rate of N-forn1ylmorpholine is 90. 17 % on the base of morpholine.
